Q. Do I have to be there at the time of delivery for my dumpster rental?

A. No. We don’t require anyone to be at the drop off. Just let us know where you would like the dumpster and we will put it there. (Please be sure that no one will be blocked in!)

Q. Will your dumpsters damage our driveway?

A. No. Our trucks carry boards with them that will be placed on your driveway prior to lowering the dumpster. This will help to prevent any damage from occurring.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept for dumpster rental in IL?

A. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). You will be provided with a receipt for your transaction. If you are not there during drop off, we can leave your receipt in an agreed-upon location.

Q. I want to put my dumpster in the street. Do I need barricades?

A. All towns have different rules and regulations regarding putting dumpsters in the street. If your town does require barricades, we will be happy to provide them free of charge.

Q. May I throw electronics in the dumpster?

A. Yes, we accept electronics, computer monitors, TV’s, refrigerators, etc. We will make sure that all electronic items are separated and recycled properly in accordance to the laws and regulations of the state of Illinois.

Q. Do you accept paint cans, paint thinner, spray cans, pesticides, etc.?

A. Yes, we do accept these items. We will recycle these items accordingly.

Q. Can you put the dumpster in my garage?

A. Yes, if there is room to do so. Our dumpsters are designed to fit into small spaces if needed and our drivers are capable of placing them.

Q. Are there other areas that Chicago Dumpster will service?

A. Yes we also serve the surround areas of Chicago including Lemont, Lockport, Downers Grove, and Romeoville.
