I just rented from U-Fill-It dumpsters. I live in Woodridge, just north of Lemont and had done quite a bit of searching before I decided on a dumpster service and I can only say that it turned out to be a great decision. Dave was very helpful and gave me great feedback to help me select the correct size dumpster. His honesty (not trying to talk me in to a larger dumpster) helped me choose the perfect size for my needs. I also noted that the price of your dumpsters was as good as, if not better than, other prices for the same size dumpster, so also a great value. Dave was very flexible and willing to work with me for pickup. He didn’t put a drop dead day as other companies did. He was able to allow me to have the dumpster until the job was done. I can only say that I’m impressed and would strongly recommend your company to anyone seeking dumpster. I KNOW that when I have a need for a dumpster again in the future (hopefully the roof holds out for a little while longer!) I will be calling you. I’ve had neighbors ask about it and I’ve told them all the positive information I’ve provided above. I’m a very frugal consumer, weighing quality and price to arrive at a specific value. Your service knocked it out of the ballpark, quality equipment, great service, best price = BEST VALUE. A couple of weeks ago we were moving and realized toward the end of the move that we would need a dumpster (there always seems to be more than you thought there was). There was a strict deadline for us to be out so that the new owners could be in and we had little to no time to do anything not already on the agenda, let alone get a dumpster. We've been using Dave and U-Fill-It for years (as have our friends) because of the great customer service and good prices.

So here we are, in a panic, the Monday after Thanksgiving needing a dumpster on an hour or two notice. We called Dave, but unfortunately all of the dumpsters in the size we needed were unavailable. We started calling and shopping around at other places, when within 20 minutes Dave called back. He had worked some magic and was able to get us a dumpster in the size we needed! We had gotten off the phone with Dave disappointed, and we thought that was that, but he took it upon himself to do what he needed to do in order to help us. This is customer service as it used to be, this is customer service as it should be. Within an hour of Dave calling back, the dumpster was in our driveway being filled.

Actually, writing this I was reminded that two summers ago, I was helping a family friend clean out some rooms after some of her kids moved out. She decided that she wanted to clear out the house on a larger scale but we would need a dumpster to do that. It was one of those weeks when every day had been in the 90's, so we decided it was probably best to get the dumpster ASAP. We decided this at 8 in the morning, and by 9:15 Dave had a dumpster in the driveway (having had to navigate a narrow driveway on a busy street and power lines).

Dave and U-Fill-It have great word of mouth business, and they have it for a reason. Their prices are always lower than anyone else, and they always go above and beyond to get you what you need in a timely manner. Whenever someone is moving, working on a project, or doing some cleaning, I ALWAYS hear Dave and U-Fill-It being recommended, I always recommend them too.
